John Myers
John Myers is president and chief executive of the TRACOM Group, where he has been raising the bar for workplace performance since he began in 1984. John has been directly involved in major leadership and sales development and workplace performance initiatives for companies like Honda America, Ernst & Young and Dow. John worked with Reed Exhibitions and the American Gaming Association in the development of the G2E Leadership Academy. John served as the vice president of learning and organization effectiveness for Reed Business Information, the leading U.S. business-to-business publisher, where his responsibilities ranged from training to organizational change initiatives. Previously John served as president of Leadership Studies Productions and vice president for the Center for Leadership Studies, which created Situational Leadership, the world's most widely used model of organizational leadership. He has also worked for Edison Brothers Stores and Xerox, and taught at St. Louis University. John earned his BA and his MA from St. Louis University and received his MBA from the University of Illinois.
